Loft Clearance
A common problem, especially in urban areas, are pigeons gaining entry in loft spaces. Their activity in these spaces can lead to guano damage and exposure to disease.
Our technician's can provide a service clearing these areas of guano and pigeon activity. Affected loft insulation can be removed and replaced. Surface areas will be cleaned. Bird entry points will be identified and proofed by our team or by the client's roofing or building contractors. On completion of the clearance, all areas will be treated with a biocide to ensure all harmful organisms are removed.
